  • 12 Hours Per Week (Three 4-Hour Day Shifts) This package is designed for the mother who needs a "reset" button during the busiest part of the day.

    • Focus: Physical recovery, meal prep, light household tidying, and hands-on newborn education.

    • Best For: Families where the partner has returned to work, or for mothers who want a companion to help them navigate breastfeeding and newborn care during waking hours.

    • The Goal: To leave your home feeling lighter, your fridge stocked, and your confidence higher by the time I walk out the door.

  • 3 Night Shifts Per Week (e.g., 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM). This package is for families that prioritize restorative sleep as the foundation of mental health.

Virtual Labor & Birth Support

  • 24/7 On-Call Availability: I am ready for your call, day or night, starting at 38 weeks.

  • Continuous Virtual Advocacy: During labor, I provide real-time guidance via FaceTime/Zoom to:

    • Coach your partner through physical comfort techniques.
